Unwed / A plain-language guide

Filing on your own:
what Unwed does.

Services are coming soon. No payment is taken when you join a waitlist.

Unwed prepares court documents for agreed (uncontested) divorces filed in Oklahoma County or Tulsa County, Oklahoma. An agreed divorce means both spouses agree on the divorce and its terms.

General information only. Unwed is a private document-preparation service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice or represent you in court.

1. Choose how to answer.

Without children, the Self-Guided Form is $149: you answer questions online and we generate the court documents. The Typing Service is $199: you answer out loud in a virtual waiting room. We type your answers while you watch.

Services with children are coming soon and are waitlist only: $199 for the Self-Guided Form or $249 for the Typing Service.

2. Understand when you pay.

The sequence is answer questions, pay, then download the court documents. You pay before seeing any document preview.

The approximate court filing fee is a separate payment to the court clerk: Oklahoma County $258.39 or Tulsa County $252.14 for pro se filing with no summons. Other costs, such as notarization, are not included.

3. Understand your part.

You print, sign, notarize where required, and file the documents yourself. Court requirements apply to people who represent themselves. Document preparation does not determine your legal rights or guarantee that a court will accept your papers.

Oklahoma County publishes requirements for uncontested filings, and Tulsa County publishes family-court forms and resources. Use the official sources below for the court’s information.
