Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Take 30 days to review your documents. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your full Unwed service fee—even if you’ve already downloaded or used them.
What’s covered
This policy covers Self-Guided Form and Typing Service orders purchased directly from Unwed, operated by Ordered LLC, for agreed divorces in Oklahoma County or Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Your prepared documents and step-by-step filing instructions are part of the covered service.
All Unwed services are currently coming soon. Joining a waitlist does not involve a purchase. This policy applies to orders once services open.
When you can request a refund
You may cancel for a full refund any time after payment and before delivery. After delivery, you have 30 calendar days to request a full refund for any reason.
Delivery means your complete document package and filing instructions are available to download and we have notified you how to access them. The day after delivery is day one. Your request must be sent by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on day 30. If an Unwed technical problem prevents access, the period does not begin until access is restored and we notify you.
Downloading, printing, signing, or filing your documents does not end this guarantee. You may also request a refund if you change your mind, reconcile, hire a lawyer, or your spouse will not cooperate. You do not need a court rejection or your spouse’s permission.
How to request your refund
Email support@unwedme.com and tell us you would like a refund. Include the email used for your order and, if available, your order number. A reason is optional.
If we need help locating the payment or verifying that you are the purchaser or an authorized requester, we’ll ask only for the information needed. Do not email full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unredacted divorce documents. A timely request remains timely while we locate or verify your order.
We will issue your refund within seven calendar days after receiving your eligible request and the information needed to identify your payment.
What we refund
We refund the full service fee you actually paid to Unwed, plus any related taxes we collected. We do not deduct typing time, payment-processing costs, or a cancellation fee. Any amount already returned through a price match, refund, or payment reversal is deducted so the same payment is not refunded twice.
This voluntary guarantee does not reimburse expenses paid to others, including court filing fees, printing, notarization, delivery, or attorney fees. Court filing fees are paid separately to the court clerk.
If you’d prefer a correction
If we introduced a typing or document-generation error, you may ask us to correct it at no charge during the guarantee period. A correction is your choice, not a condition of receiving a refund. You do not have to give us repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
If you report the error within the 30-day period and choose a correction, your refund deadline remains open until the later of your original deadline or 14 calendar days after the corrected package is available and we notify you. You may request the refund instead at any time while the correction is pending.
This correction option covers errors we introduced; it does not add ongoing revisions or legal advice to your purchase. Your right to request a refund during the guarantee period does not depend on who caused an error.
Effect of a refund
Once you receive a refund, Unwed’s obligation to return that amount is satisfied. You may not recover the same refunded amount again through a lawsuit, payment dispute, or other claim.
A refund by itself does not release other claims. Any broader settlement of an existing dispute must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by you and Ordered LLC, identifying the claims being released and the settlement terms. A refund already due under this policy is not conditional on signing that agreement.
Your service and your court case
Unwed is a private document-preparation service. We are not a law firm, do not give legal advice, and are not affiliated with any court or government agency. You provide your answers and print, sign, notarize where required, and file your documents yourself.
This guarantee concerns your payment to Unwed. It does not guarantee court acceptance, a divorce, a hearing date, or any legal outcome. A refund does not withdraw documents you have filed or change a court deadline.
If we determine that we cannot provide the purchased service, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid to Unwed. If you believe we made a duplicate charge, failed to deliver, or made an error after the guarantee period, contact us so we can investigate; the 30-day limit does not eliminate rights you have under law.
Your rights remain yours
This voluntary guarantee adds to your legal rights. It does not limit remedies available under law, shorten the time to bring a legal claim, require you to give up payment-dispute rights, or require you to change or remove an honest review.
The policy provided when you purchase governs your order. Later changes will not reduce that coverage. If we believe a request is outside this policy, we will explain why in writing. You may ask us to review that decision without giving up other remedies.
Our Advertised Price Policy is separate. A price adjustment does not shorten or restart your satisfaction-guarantee period.
