Court fees and court clerks
Two terms you’ll see when filing your divorce documents.
What is a court fee?
A court fee is a charge associated with a court filing or service. A divorce filing fee is collected by the court clerk when a case is filed. Oklahoma law sets filing fees and additional assessments for civil cases, including divorce.

How does Unwed fit in?

The court filing fee is separate from Unwed’s document-preparation price and is paid to the court clerk.
